Hi, I’m Rui Song—most people call me Ray.

I moved to the East Bay in 2011 and started my real estate journey in 2016, when I purchased my very first property in Albany.

Beginning in 2017, I continued purchasing properties throughout the East Bay as investments. Many of these investment properties were in very poor condition when I acquired them, so I began renovating and remodeling them immediately after purchase to give them new life. Through years of hands-on experience selecting, purchasing, renovating, and remodeling properties, I developed a deep understanding of how to evaluate a property’s value, identify potential issues, and assess its growth potential, along with strong insight into local markets, neighborhood dynamics, and East Bay geology.

I also gained in-depth knowledge of homes, from roofing to foundation and from kitchen to bathroom, and built strong relationships with trusted loan agents, architects, engineers, and general contractors.

My interest in becoming a real estate agent grew naturally from these experiences. In 2023, I obtained my real estate license and continued my real estate journey as a professional agent, helping clients buy, sell, and manage properties.
